I recently contracted Royal Work to to complete external waterproofing at two of my rental properties. They inspected the foundation, performed the necessary repairs on the concrete block, installed the waterproofing membrane, and performed hydrostatic testing post installation. The execution of the work was prompt and professional. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work performed and my tenants have reported no moisture or leakage issues since this work was completed.
