Very disappointed with the interior design experience with this company. They promised a lot off the start but really lost interest once they realized that we didn't have a big budget. Although they assured us that we could change our design as many times as we needed, we really had to push for any changes. The boss (Tammy) will promise lots but once you sign up for their services, she will pass you off to one of her workers and you will never hear from her again. They promised to work with other consultants (flooring for example), but you will be on your own. There was nothing they did that we could not have done on our own. Our impression is that they would prefer to work with the wealthy and professional builders.

The entire experience with Northern Fireplace Edmonton was excellent. Very knowledgable salesman (Sam), very clean and professional installers, and great quality Pacific Energy fireplace. I would recommend them to anyone if you are looking for a wood stove.

Of all the companies we dealt with for our renovations, Dannburg Edmonton was by far the worst. They were so bad, the problems were too numerous to list them all. The quote was vague, the measurements were incorrect, calls were not returned, appointments missed, installs cancelled, deliveries missed, product shortages, installers uninformed, no formal warranty and lots of outright misinformation. The customer service was and is some of the worst i have ever experienced. Be warned! If this was my operation, I would fire the entire staff!

I tried to look into your file, however, we have never done any work for a “Fred in Sherwood Park”, and so I hope you are giving feedback to the correct company. Our standard quotation forms are quite detailed and the same quotation we use for all of our clients, and have never had any feedback that it is not detailed enough? We at Dannburg strive for 100% customer satisfaction and it is never our intention to upset a valued customer. Customers are our lively-hood and we do appreciate each and every one!!!
