I wanted to have the siding, soffits, fascia and evestroughs replaced. I chose three companies from HomeStars to get a quote, and after meeting with them and getting a quote, I would make my decision. When I met with Eki and Granit from Rama, the first of the three, I had a gut feeling I would be working with them, and I did. Eki and his sons have been in business for 20 years. There were a number of things I liked, such as the work being done by the three of them, not a third party. As well, Eki has been doing the work for twenty years and is very knowledgeable. All three take great pride in the work they do, and want you to like it. It is a pleasure to work with them. They were very good about answering all of my questions. From the start of the process to the end, Scott offered a first class service. When I reached out to him, initially, he got right back to me. He came the following day to see the project, and give me a quote. It was a small job, but he put his heart and soul into it, taking great pride in his work. He was always on time, and put in a full day, working non stop. His work ethic is impeccable. His attention to detail is amazing. He is a delight to have around, and makes it all very easy. At the end of the day, he leaves the work space clean and tidy. I highly recommend Scott to do a painting job, so I will be bringing Scott back for painting jobs in the future.

Browne's Contracting provides first class work. Shortly after contacting Mike to see if he did small jobs, he stopped by to give me a quote. While reviewing the work to be done, I had some questions for Mike. He was only too happy to answer them. Mike is knowledgeable about the work he does. Mike made sure the temperature was high enough, allowing the work to be done properly. While working, he noticed some other areas needing repair, and just did it, at no extra cost. He took his time to match the colour he was going to use, making sure it blended in with the tuck pointing already there. Mike truly cares about the quality of work he does. It was a pleasure to work with Dmitry, to have a back water valve installed. He and his crew were always on time. His crew put down tarps to keep my floors and carpets clean. Once the work had been completed, they made sure the work area was left clean. The project was completed efficiently over a couple of days. Dimitry took care of securing the permit to do the work and scheduling the city inspector. Also, he provided me with the paper work needed to obtain the rebate from the city, completed what he could and explained what I needed to do. By doing this for me, it made things a lot easier for me. Dmitry goes above and beyond for his clients.
