Yes, sadly, Karen has retired. She was a wonderful part of the work family at Mackay Heating and Cooling. She was inspirational and so good at cleaning furnaces. She has passed her talents onto the techs that come to your home to do these very important Inspections, and cleaning of the equipment in your home.
