Like many people the installation for my gas furnace was delayed because of Enbridge contractors. However I believe that Reliance when out of their way to make up for this ridiculous in convenience, even though the delay was out of their hands. I had a great experience with a sales director (named Erin) who showed me that they are a company that is interested in responding and satisfying customers. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
