my basement was once concrete floor, a bearing wall, w&d &laundry sink randomly placed. that's it! Character Builders has completely rebuilt adding a high end bathroom, new hard wood floors and magnificent lighting All plumbing and electrical has been upgraded to code (or better). Character Builders put a lot of thought and for sight into the project allowing for alternatives while considering resale value. I am thrilled! I currently use the area for laundry, storage and I have installed a full sized gym. It would take nothing but appliances to turn it into a fully self-contained suite.
