We ordered a conservatory through Northern Tropic in late May 2016 and were told that installation would begin on Sept. 7. We thought that was a long wait but decided to go ahead and paid our deposit and put a planned vacation on hold. Sept came and went and we were told it would start in Oct. Oct came and went and we were told it would start Jan. 7. So we rescheduled our vacation for early March. Jan came and went and FINALLY construction started in late February (while we were on our vacation - exactly what we DIDN'T want!) and was completed in April, almost a year after we paid our deposit!! The final product was very high quality (but should be, given the price tag) but if you decide to go with this company, you may have to wait a long time, despite what you are told when your place your order.

We recently converted our electric hot water to hot water on demand. After we received the estimate, which was in line with other companies, the job was done quickly and efficiently and we were provided with a high quality product. They took away our 2 old hot water tanks and we were very happy with the service they provided. We would highly recommend Bridgeman Plumbing & Gas to anyone in Victoria.

We recently moved from North Van to Victoria and hired La Porte after getting 3 estimates. It was a big move requiring 2 trucks and it was handled efficiently and professionally. They were very careful with our furniture and belongings and there was no damage to anything. The only down side is that we were paying by the pound and our stuff must have been really heavy as their estimate was $4500 and it ended up costing $6300. Other than that, we were very happy with their services and would recommend them.

We had our driveway & walkway redone with interlocking pavers and a patio added. It turned out great and added much value to our home. Andrew and his crew did such a great job that 2 of our neighbors were so impressed that they hired him to redo their driveways. I highly recommend this company,.
