I stored my belongings, mostly furniture, with Keepsafe Mobile Storage since 1999 (14 years). During that time I was charged late fees when I was on time and administration fees that were not valid. In September 2012 they closed their doors without notifying anyone and yet continued to take money out of my Visa account ($500 in charges). In March I had an email finally telling me to contact Darcy @ Repo. My belongings had been taken over by a repossession company. In order to get my things back I would have had to pay another $600 to them. I contacted Gary, the manager at Keepsafe, but he denied any wrongdoing.
