Their sales approach was very relaxed and laid everything out on the table for me and my wife to decide. After we got 2 other quotes from 2 other security companies, Private Eye Security was the clear winner ... not because they were the cheapest but because of their professionalism, expert advice, low monitoring rate, clean installation (they even cleaned up after themselves!), always answered their calls even after work hours, trouble shooted alarm issues with me right over the phone thus saving me valuable time, etc...
