Moved me from my 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 story house
Pro's: -Arrived on time -Started loading truck quick enough -Moderately careful with our belongings Con's: -1 guy spoke 0% English and the 2nd guy spoke 2% English -Nearly impossible to communicate and have a mutual understanding of what our even basic needs were throughout the move. -Both seemed too old to be movers (50's?) -They started really slowing down 1 hour into the move and seemed to delay purposefully right before truck was almost loaded -Unloading truck was awfully slow and lazy - they started just dropping off boxes inside front door and wouldn't go upstairs or down -I ended up moving more boxes up and down stairs then they did -They refused to move my 36" TV downstairs - they said it would be too hard -They charged a full hour for the last 20mins -Despite delaying about 2hrs throughout the move and charging me the full hour for the last 20mins, I gave them a $60 tip and they showed exaggerated disappointment with that. -After they left, they stayed parked on our front lawn for 20mins .. leave already!
