The roofers were excellent . They cleaned up daily, were quiet, used top quality materials and were friendly. They also removed an old satellite and repaired a flooding eavestrough. We were pleased that they took away the bin nightly and cleared the area of nails . We are delighted with the forty year guarantee on the BP roof!

Our air conditioner died. The motor was leaking oil so we decided that probably the best route might be replacement. We called Husky because we had been very satisfied with their direct and honest approach to HOV. We had used them to replace our AC, Furnace, and Hot water heater in our previous home in Streetsville so we trusted them. The installers we punctual, polite, clean, and very considerate. They had to hall the AC around the back through a narrow passage and they didn't mind at all. They were careful of the plants in the garden and installed the air conditioner quickly.

After being away for several weeks, we came home in March to discover that our skylights were leaking! We called Velux and the sales rep/ installer came by the next evening and looked at the problem. He suggested replacement. He assured us that he would put a tarp on the roof until the windows arrived and he did. Unfortunately the weather has been horrible for anyone working on a roof and there were delays and we went away again. It wasn't until mid-May that we finally had the skylights installed. The crew were pleasant and tidy. They worked for about 8 hours to put in the skylights and replace the roof tiles. We love the skylights. The upstairs is brighter but we don't have as much heat. All in all good experience.

Very personalized and attentive service. The selection is amazing and the quality of the furnishings is excellent. The delivery service was excellent and very careful not to damage our home or the new furnishings. Our home looks fabulous. We furnished two rooms with unique colours and styles.
