DON'T buy from them. They give hassles from the time you try to make an appointment at their "upgrade" centre to scheduling people for repairs. Also UP CHARGE like crazy....insane amounts of money for crap quality items....example: Major upgrade money spent for an MDF kitchen which fell apart quickly...Halmenin's response: Just be very gentle with it. They left every house on our street sitting there RIGHT UP UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE CLOSING....then they rush like mad to get it done on time, cutting corners, and producing subpar homes. They also act like they are doing YOU a favor selling you a home.....upgrade lady was ANNOYED with our questions and wanted us to rush the process. GO ELSEWHERE. They are no different then the big guys. Total garbage.
