Friendly technician, unfortunately he did not have the knowledge to service the geothermal, even though we asked for it when we made the phone call for maintenance. Had to come another time to fix the problem.

Hello, from Mackay Heating and Cooling. After doing some homework into who was at your home. All of our techs are very well versed in Geo....however, the reason he could not do the entire work is that he needs very specific tools, and glycol is something that is stored at our shop, so he had to return with other things, and tools that are not normally carried on any truck. It would appear that he did not understand, My thinking on this is that he needs to communicate that with you, so that you are aware of this and it does not apprear as though he is unsure, but that he has to get other things that are not on these vehicles....thanks so much from Mackay Heating and Cooling for this very valuable feedback.
