A chair to be refinished came back with visible cracks at joints, sharp projects on underside, scratches in finish. Table came back with a fair job done. All this took 6 months, not the 2 or 3 promised. Several attempts to raise price including needing veneer from Germany, we bit, and special finishes above normal, refused. Slippery folks told us the items were in "quality control" for months. The run-around was disgusting and the price sky high. Avoid these folks. Wish I had read these reviews first.
