Due to the recent ice storm my sump pumps were not working for 3- 4 days. prior to that, there was another overflow of water which resulted in a smelly basement with mold along the baseboards. My plumber referred me to Restoration 1. They came, assessed the problem and gave me a clear response as to what has to be done as well as provided an estimated costs. After the work was completed, an independent assessment was made and I received a clean report. it is important to note that the Steve went further to keep in touch with any follow-up procedures.
