We built this home and made our contract with the original owner of he company who has since passed it on to his son. His son is errogant and stretches facts from fiction. He was no help when we had problems with our kitchen and never showed up himself to see the problems it was always his foreman that came to witness what had happened in th house. Should there be a problem please get everything in writing as to what they will be doing to correct it. Overall the house was built on time but many errors were caught by my husband being on site every evening and checking on the house. Should you build with this builder you will need to make sure that you are on site ALL the time. Also make sure you have EVERY LITTLE THING marked in your delivery PDI otherwise Jr. will likely not warrant anything if things go to TARION. I've seen worse builders but also better ones!

Very professional painting crew. Owner has over 45 years experience of hands on work and his employees are respectful and professional. Painted my exterior doors, columns and large windows. Will have them back next year to stain my new fence as it was advised from the fence people and intercan to wait at least one season before painting. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Matt won our business over from A1 Flooring who we originally had chosen to go with. He matched their price and took the time in the evenings after my husband was done work to work with us on our home design. Excellent workmanship. Have no complaints. Some of the best flooring I have seen to date in new homes. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Paul Muir who did our quote was very professional and even gave us suggestions on how to deal with our easement on the property. We had a complete fence put up in 3 days with little to no inconvenience to us personnally. It looks great and is exactly what we hoped for. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Horrible service from the start. We built our new home and Elmwood sent ONE guy to install our kitchen who was newly employed with them and did not know anything about being a kitchen builder...best yet...he was unsupervised. Asked for the kitchen to be completly ripped out and started a new, which was never done. Very unproffesional and this matter will be going to small claims court. If you need kitchen renovations please go to [removed competitors name - ed]. We had an allowance and they went over it by 2k which would have been money well spent now that we see the mess we're in.
