We had an issue with a complex lock with a combination keypad we had installed. I called Locksmith care and got in touch with Dimitri right away. He said he would be at the office within 40 minutes and was here in less than 30 minutes. He fixed up the lock we had on one office door and reassembled it to function better in the future. He helped us with the second door as well. Service was excellent and I would use this company again.
