This was a rough week for us! We are cat-sitting for our son. We arrived one morning to a cold house and two very unhappy cats. A quick call to Mackay Heating and Jason was on the job. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. That same furnace went down again the next day.. a different part, which was quickly diagnosed and repaired. A serviceman returned to clean the furnace that week as well. Our furnace quit on us in the very same week. Once again, Jason was on the job, fixing our problem in half an hour. We have had MacKay Heating and Cooling install two furnaces so far, ours and my son's. We have our furnace and air conditioner cleaned annually, and have always received prompt service for any trouble shooting. We are regular and satisfied customers for sure. Thanks guys!
