Rodex was recommended to us by the tile retailer, where we were purchasing our back-splash tiles. We had pretty good idea what we wanted for our L-shaped island with the cooktop in it. We went to Rodex to look at some options and samples, and although the front door to their showroom was locked there was a note on the door directing customers to the back entrance. We walked around the building and knocked on warehouse door. And this is how we met Joe, business owner who was working with the crew in the shop on a few beautiful stone pieces that he proudly show us and explained the process. Since Eileen was away, Joe showed us around and gave us samples to take home. Eileen followed up later on the same day with the phone call and asked us many questions. We sent her photos and plans of our kitchen and the quote for island quartz countertop promptly followed. We were very impressed how fast and smooth everything went how competitive their pricing was and how wonderful and personal Joe and Eileen are. There were no gimmicks, no hidden costs and our awesome countertop was installed about a week later. We love it. There was one small mark on a seam that needed a bit of touch up and it was promptly fixed by Joe who stopped by our house on Saturday. We would highly recommend Rodex to anyone searching for the custom stonework, best pricing and best customer service in town!

Hi E & D:
Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to offer our service. Because this is a family operated business, I do apologize for the inconvenience of using the back door, during my absence, due to my need to attend to our children. To accommodate, I do offer (by appointments only) service on Saturdays and after hours. Joe and I are very happy that you both loved your Island. We appreciate all the details and awesome comments about your experience with our company.
THANK YOU :)
Best Regards, Eileen

Due to our washing machine malfunction and continuous drip we were forced to remove damaged laminate flooring and partial drywall in the lower hallway and were forced to renovate the laundry room. We decided to use tiles matching the existing bathroom floor and making that space more appealing and functional. Vatzek was one of the three contractors that we asked for a quote. His estimate was not the lowest, but he impressed us with his vast knowledge, honest advice and detailed calculations. No hidden costs, no gimmicks. He also made sure there was no trace of dampness in the cement floor prior to commencing. Overall we are very happy with Vatzek's craftsmanship, work ethic, site cleanliness, scheduling and punctuality. And the end result is outstanding ! We love our "made over" laundry and elegant hallway! We actually asked Vatzek if he could come back in Spring, as we would like to use the remaining tiles on the stairs and at the main entrance. Thank you Wacek !

It was a big pleasure to meet Eva and David and work on their project. The trust and respect I was given, their interest in the details of the job, and the help they offered were a few of the things which helped our job go smoothly and make our job to go easier and more enjoyable. They showed high manners during communication when going through all the business issues. They also put extra effort to allow me to start my work earlier as my schedule sometimes changes due to unexpected problems from the other tradesmen.
I will be happy to go back and do more work for Eva and David.
Thank you Eva!
