Disclaimer - Company was going through some ownership changes at the time of our experience. Things may be different now. We had a great experience with the sales person. She was wonderful and made great recommendations. Unfortunately, we didn't hear from the company after we placed our order. As promised date for our units came closer, I called them. It was then we learned our order would be delayed. We were fine with the delay. Just not the communication. It required another follow up to get the team to come out, deliver and install the product. The installer team had one very savvy veteran and a new hire. They did a great job. There was a shortage of shelves and the company made good on replacing them asap. Even offered to deliver them. The product is excellent. We would use them again. Just need to be proactive about communicating with them if you don't hear from them.

Christian and his team did painted the cedar exterior of our home exactly 4 years ago. The job has stood the test of time. The house still looks great. Don't hesitate to use Christian and his team. Note - Since it was 4 years ago, I can't recall the exact cost.

We have used Surdel Carpets twice now. Again, we had a great service experience. Claude and Noreen helped us find the right flooring for our family within our budget. Their installer, Richard, was a perfectionist. Our new floors look great and complement the existing flooring in the house. We love working with Surdel Carpets.

We have used Arnold and Sons twice. For the first time, they did our roof in our past home. They were great - install, clean and after install service. Ken went as far as stopping at our house to fix something he saw from the street. For our new home, we didn't hesitate to call them. They said the roof and downspouts were fine but the soffits needed to be redone. Ken suggested they would remove the soffits before we had electric work done so wiring for our lights would be clean and hidden out of the way. They came a few days before the job and removed the soffits at the front. Two days after the electrician was done, they came back and finished the job. It looks great. Our new lights look great! Thank you Ken and team!

Ted's home inspection service is awesome. He gets to the site early and looks around the external area before you show up. During the inspection, he explains everything thoroughly and patiently answers naive homeowner-to-be questions. Ted provides suggestions and recommendations during the inspection. As another review noted, Ted's home inspection report is an owner's manual for your house. You can go back and make the suggested changes or corrections to make your home a better home for your family. Ted will take the time to review the entire report with you once he finishes compiling it. He will offers to provide advice should you ever need to ask him anything regarding your new home. That's service. We have used Ted's services twice. We would never hesitate to use his service again. We highly recommend Ted to anyone wanting a very thorough area by area inspection of a home.
