We ordered a couch set from Lazyboy here in Calgary. First off the sales guy told us 8-12 weeks. When the couch finally arrived after 12 weeks, and many phone calls to lazy boy, they tried to schedule a delivery 2 weeks in advance. Since our house was empty and my parents were coming before the delivery date, I had to go pick up the couch and rent a truck. I subsequently dropped the corner piece off the back of the truck and had to take it back to get it fixed. It took an additional 4 months for them to fix the piece. - Lazboy has no clue about service....You have to call them for everything. - The furniture comes from north carolina and thus takes for every. I should note that we ordered furniture from other stores in calgary and delivery times were shorter than what we were told when we bought it....unlike lazy boy. SO my recommendation, even though the furniture is nice.....never never never buy furniture in Canada from these clowns.
