Have been with MacKay for some time - service is good - staff are friendly - in the past, one technician (a woman) in particular was wonderful - thorough and did not push non-essential products/services

Thanks so much from all of us at Mackay Heating and Cooling. Karen was indeed wonderful, for all the years that she was with Mackay Heating and Cooling. The options that the techs, suggest are the best customer service. The techs look around and make suggestions for you to get the perfect heating and cooling system, or hot water systems as well. Our customers never ever have to choose anything that is suggested......but , instead of just demanding what you have to do in order to be safe, the techs have changed and give suggestions, unless of course everything is absolutely perfect!!! Just like a car mechanic , the techs at Mackay Heating and Cooling, look at things that are going to be a problem....even eventually. This way you have time to think about this.
