Unfortunately, the project never came to fruition because he was a no show after we awarded the job and arranged a start date. Communication was terrible and fleeting. Cannot comment on ability.
My hubby and I desperately needed more storage in our small home. After getting 4 quotes, we decided to go with Costard Renivations because we appreciated how he walked us through what our options were. We also liked his detailed quote so we knew what the options were to stay within budget (finishing, doors, organizers, etc). Work was done on time, on budget, professionally and cleanly. We've already decided to use Costard again on some smaller bathroom rents and possibly finishing if we add an extension. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
