I needed the drain pipes under my kitchen sink replaced due to leaks and improper design. I came to Homestars thinking this would be an easy quote and job, but most places wanted to send out a tech for an inspection fee that then gets waived if you work with them - basically giving them license to charge more since you're already out $80-90 if you decide to say no; what a terrible way to work for small fixes. HSC was the only one to quote upfront and for a very reasonable amount. The work was completed in a very timely manner and looks great! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. With most places that we called saying they had no one available until 4pm or later, Renato was able to come within an hour of us calling him. He was extremely knowledgable, had the parts needed for the repair and had us up and running again within a couple of hours. He was also very thorough, making sure everything was in good shape before leaving. Best of all, his price was very fair. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
