Install automatic garage door opener
Chris Spencer is the best. Never met him before - but he came and installed our new automatic garage door opener very quickly. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him
If we had known we were going to have so many problems, we would never have had this house built. Nine months after moving in, we still have lots that the builder needs to do. Our "garden" is a huge pile of dirt. Uninsulated above garage, therefore bathroom and bedrooms are cold. Had to wait almost 5 months after the promised completion date. Never again!!! (But we do have nice neighbours).
