I had smelled a gas leak from the fireplace and Gilles was very prompt to tell me over the phone how to shut off the valve to stop the leak before he came over to assess in person. He worked very quickly and shared information as he worked, and did a great job cleaning the fireplace! Gilles also took a look at our gas elements even though that was not requested in the appointment.
