My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, so I called Mackay. The service man (Andrew) checked the unit and gave me a few options on how he could get it working. Andrew has been to my house for my furnace a few times. He is always courteous and knowlegeable and always very tidy about the way he leaves my house. I decided to have a new unit installed and Andrew called for a sales rep (Rick) to stop by. He arrived in a very short time, gave me several units to choose from in a variety of prices. Rick explained in depth each unit and was very helpful on my decision. He answered all of my possibly stupid questions very well. He also was very courteous. The installation was a few days later by 2 service techs Eric & Chad. They were fantastic, it only took a few hours before they had the new unit up and running. They took a while to clean up and were always coming in to check on the temperature and how it was running. They left the house and outside where they were working very clean. I am so thankful that I chose Mackay for my furnace and air conditioner maintenance several years ago. I have always been completely satisfied, and everyone from the receptionist to the service and sales techs are always very polite. I have every confidence if there was ever a problem it would be looked after immediately. Thank you so very much. Sandy Murrell
