My husband and I are real estate investors. This is the 5th property we have Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections as our house inspector. Our experience with Michael has been fantastic so far. Michael is very professional, experienced, and detail-oriented. Most importantly, Michael always took time to explain issues he found during home inspection, and provides great suggestions that help us make informed decisions when it comes to housing investments. We are very pleased with Michael's service, and will definitely be coming back to him for our future investments.

Michael is an amazing home inspector. Very punctual, thorough, and professional. We are home investors; and this is actually our 2nd time with Michael. We are very happy with Michael's expertise and excellent customer service both times. The home inspection report Michael provided us with is always detailed, easy to read, and with lots of pictures; and the best part of all, he provided us with the complete report within a few hours. We will definitely go with Michael again for our future house purchases.

I found 4Sight Home Inspections on Homestars. From the vast amount of positive reviews on Homestars, I knew I would be in good hands for my first investment home inspection. From our initial conversation on the phone to the final report, Michael went above and beyond with his service, and totally exceeded my exception. Michael was thorough and very detailed-orientated. He explained not only the defects he found, but also went over lots of maintenance tips; which was very helpful to us as inexperienced buyers. We received the final report within 2 hours post-inspection; and we were very pleased with the quality of the report. Michael was also very responsive in post-inspection services and clarified our questions in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend 4Sight Home Inspections to anyone!

Thank you so much Carey. It was a great pleasure meeting you and your husband yesterday. First time home buyers usually find the entire process very daunting and overwhelming. I always take the time to help educate you while we are going through the home to help alleviate some of the stress. Your home is old but built well and as mentioned when we were finishing up it is important to remember the older homes require a lot of love (aka maintenance). Just take the time to take care of the home and it will take care of you.
