I am writing this to anyone who is about to buy a Pratt Home. DON'T! They promise alot of things to you but as soon as you sign the dotted line; they have every single excuse in the world. I've researched alot of houses and came across Pratt homes. The prices came across significantly cheaper and now I am realizing why they are what they are. Let just say that you get what you paid for. For quality in service and professionalism. If you have already purchased a home from them, CHECK EVERY corner of the house. ie... cracks in windows, doors properly shut, ducts, bath tubs, walls, carpet etc...

Thank you for your comments. This is the Home Stars page that is run by Pratt Homes Barrie. Without going into too much detail Pratt Homes Innisfil is an entirely separate company. That being said, we do have a strong relationship with Pratt Homes Innisfil and I want to help. I will contact Pratt Homes Innisfil right away and have them get in touch with you. I know that they take all feedback very seriously and can quickly schedule an appointment to do any service work for sealing windows, making sure that doors shut properly, addressing bathtub, walls, duct and carpet concerns etc. We strive to go above basic building code standards (ie. using 40 oz carpet instead of the industry standard 35 oz carpet, using deeper soaker tubs in all our bathrooms, etc).
