Dwayne came to my rescue. My fireplace would not light. Dwayne arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. He diagnosed the problem right away, had the parts in the truck and got started right away fixing the fireplace so it works beautifully and safely and I can enjoy it again. I would definitely reccommend this company and Dwayne to anyone needing competent, polite, effective fireplace service. Everthing was spotless when he left and I appreciated that as well.
