We needed an emergency septic tank emptying, Wild Rose answered the phone and committed to sending a truck out the same day. The truck and operator arrived earlier than they had committed and took care of the job quickly and efficiently.
I was referred to Drainmasters by my regular plumbing company as it was January 2 and I was having some drain clogging / back-up issues. The plumber came out right away and was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system works and what to look for. Unfortunately he was unable to directly resolve the issue as we have a septic system and needed a vac truck, however he was able to refer me to some vac truck companies one of whom was able to come the same day. Since the initial visit the follow-up has been good and hopefully we're close to resolving the issue.
We picked Barbecues Galore because of the Valor Product line which seemed to be the best of the bunch for our needs. The guys in the showroom were helpful in explaining the different options available, coming up with a rough quote and scheduling the appointment for the estimator to come out. A couple of weeks later, the estimator came out to check that we could actually do what we wanted to do, firm up the price and schedule the install. The estimator, Les I think?, was very knowledgable and friendly and confirmed everything that would be required. Within a couple of weeks of us paying the downpayment the install crew were out and did a great job, completing it within the day. We're extremely happy with the fireplace we selected, the heat it throws out is amazing and it looks beautiful, just need to get the rest of the fireplace, mantle, etc. renovated to do it justice.

Jordan and his team were excellent from the initial phone conversation, through the estimate to the actual work, clean-up and completion. They were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss other issues while working on the project we contracted them for. The work was done quickly and efficiently and most of all thoroughly. We will definitely be contacting them for our future plumbing needs.
