Andrew arrived promptly, quickly understood our requirements, and immediately got to work with a will. He worked non-stop until the job was completed. He was a pleasure to deal with and we feel we got a very good job for a fair price. Andrew told us he is skilled at tackling most 'handy man', and we've put his number in our contacts list in case we have other needs. Thanks Andrew. It was nice to meet you.

Frank and a crew of four arrived at about 1 p.m. as expected and immediately started working in the most efficient and skilled way I've witnessed for years. Three obviously competent and confident men on the roof removed the old shingles, lined the roof, installed the new shingles, new roof vents, and calked chimney and other flashings. Another man efficiently organized and lifted the materials for the men on the roof, and continuously cleaned up the site. Frank directed the work and patiently and thoroughly explained to me what was going on throughout. It was a hive of non-stop and efficient activity until about 7 p.m. when all was done, the crew left, and there was no sign, apart from our beautiful new house and shed roofs, that anyone had been working on our property. I'm sure we received quality work and product at a reasonable price. Thank you Frank and crew.

PCNix fixed my 17" Acer about a year ago, when I thought there was no hope. Cost was a fraction of the amount quoted by a certain big store, all was clearly explained to me, and I took the opportunity to enhance the notebook by replacing the defective disk with an SSD and adding some memory. It's still blazing away with no problems. A couple of months ago, my Lenovo died. It had never been very reliable and it needed a new mother board. In discussing with Amin and Careme, I decided to ditch the Lenova and they looked out for a reburbished notebook that would meet my needs for travelling. Because I was precise in what I wanted, it took a couple of weeks for a suitable gently-used Vostro to turn up, and it's an impressive performer. Cost: just a few dollars more than what it would have cost to replace the mother board in the Lenovo. So, when my grandson's Acer went into a continuous repair loop this week, of course I went straight to PCNix. I had done a disk check and it highlighted many bad sectors. Amir's diagnosis was that it couldn't be repaired so he replaced it with a much better one. With the new SSD, It's noticeably faster than it used, and my grandson is going to be very pleased. PCNix is certainly the best place to go. They genuinely care about providing the best service at the best cost, quickly, and they are very good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and discussing the pros and cons of alternatives. They're also very personable and likable people. I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

Windows wouldn't boot. Windows repair wouldn't work; reinstall failed. Luckily, I was able to backup my files through command prompt. I have a service contract with Microsoft. They told me my disk was fried and they couldn't help me. Went to PCNix and they determined that there was no hardware issue. I DO NOT recommend wasting money on Microsoft's service. Kareem was a joy to talk to - very helpful. Amir worked on my PC. I wanted a totally clean machine so I didn't want him to reload my programs or data (I wanted to do that myself) but I did want the PC to function better than it had before it died. So, he reformatted my 1 TB disk for data, installed a 240 gb SSD for the operating system, doubled my RAM to 16 gb, and reinstalled Windows 10. He called me twice to give me status, and it was a pleasure to talk to a friendly person who knew what he was doing. I picked up my notebook on the second day. It had been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. I'm thrilled with its performance, and very pleased that the cost was so reasonable. I'm sure I'd have had to pay more elsewhere. I've reloaded my data, and am in the middle of reloading my applications. So far all is good and I don't anticipate any problems. However, if I do have any, I'm sure that PCNix will step up to the mark. Thank you very much Amir and Kareem.

After a renovation which included an additional heat register in the living room and a new furnace, we were very disappointed with the heat distribution, and thought the new furnace was to blame. We knew there would be some construction debris in the heating ducts so decided to have the ducts cleaned. After the cleaning, the improvement in heat distribution was immediately obvious, and we now have a nice, cozy home. Hallelluja! We're thrilled with the service and the result. Stanley, who set up the appointment, was friendly and informative and told us what to expect and how to prepare. Brendan and Shawn, who did the work, arrived on time (a big plus), were friendly and communicative, and showed us before and after pictures of the ducts which really amazed us. There was much more debris there than we'd anticipated. So, we're happy customers who will certainly ask Dave's Duct Cleaning to service our ducts in five years or so.
