Quote for Adding New Electrical Outlets & Dishwasher Power Supply
Although the company did tell me they were going to charge me a service dispatch fee to provide me with a quote for my job, I found the actual service provided (or lack there of ) to be disappointing. My needs were not complex (i.e. add a new electrical outlet off an existing outlet, add power supply to a dishwasher, move a switch from one location in a room to another). A number of other companies, both large and small ones, were able to quote my job, for free, over the phone, saving me both time and money. All the other quotes I received for the actual work that I needed finished came in significantly cheaper and at the end of the day the company that I chose to work with was able to get the job done at the much lower cost. I have every confidence that Safe Electrical Solutions does great work, but I think their pricing structure needs reconsideration.

Hi there thanks for your feedback and sharing your experience, although we didn't do any work at your house but still for the sake of safety of your house and family we like to recommend you to make sure if the electrical company who has done electrical work at your place has taken any ESA permit and arranged an inspection after completion of the electrical work because the electrical work you got it done is required ESA permit to fulfill code requirements.
By calling ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) you can find it. Most of time when we found cheaper quotes or work done cheaper are either with out ESA permit or work not up to code . We believe in upfront prices after the site evaluation so there will be no surprise for us and our clients and arrange ESA permit when needed which is involved time and money. There for we have a small charge to cover the cost for the evaluation and travel time of our licensed electrician that's why we are upfront about it. We have made you fully aware before dispatching our electrician as we do for everyone. If some one gives you a free quote over the phone is casting them nothing so you should compare apple to apple..... we wish you good luck and stay safe.....
