Mike was able to come within an hour. He was very polite and professional. Was able to help identify where the leakage is and also continuous small amt of water coming out was identified as water overflow in one of the toilet tanks upstairs. He fixed the leakage and tested the repair before leaving. Also, he is very honest. He lower the initial price agreed over the phone after his diagnosis on-site since the job was not as complex as he first thought based on my verbal description. THANK YOU, Mike!

A person was sent very quickly. I was not fortunate enough to get "Max" the owner. A very young guy came. He opened the walls in basement and main floor and helped identified the leakage. That's where the good things stop. The person wasn't very professional. He didn't have a flash light and had to use his small key-chain flash. He had to make a couple of phone calls to someone during the diagnosis. A small amount of water was continuously leaking out from the pipe. He said it may be from one of the washrooms upstairs. He didn't go check the washrooms and didn't have time to repair the leakage and said would come back 2 days later (with 1 day being the new year day public holiday) to fix. [I later got another company to do the repair, the first thing the other guy did was to stop the water overflow inside one of the toilet tanks upstairs. So, at least the leakage was stopped.]

Thank you for taking your time to write a review over here. I wanted to explain what happened. We received a call on December 31 and quickly arrived to the site of the job. At this point the leakage was happening for couple of weeks and a thing like dry wall, carpets all were wet. We identified the problem which was damaged drain stack in the the pipes between the main and 2nd floor. We agreed with you to come over the very next day to inspect further and to fix the problem for the price of $650. Without any explanation you cancelled the job next day. Based on your reviews looks like you called another plumber and paid him $600 to fix the problem we identified earlier on. We appreciate and value the right of customers to choose any plumbing company they want, we ask you though not to judge us by the work that we were prevented from completing, due to $50 saving.
