Approximately 4 yrs ago I signed up with Voxcom. Finished my contract out and never resigned for I was to move away. We'll ended up staying and never thought much of it until Reliance took over and started billing me for the service even though it wasn't even hooked up to a phone line. No line to the house I only use a cell. Once phoning them with the problem I was talked into signing up again and they would install a modem/ cellular line in and everything would be good. Long story short after install I get calls on my phone every week from them that my alarm was not connecting to the main branch. Four visits and loss days of work the problem was never fixed. They wanted me to keep paying even though they were not receiving my system alarms. I even set it off a couple times on purpose and no one called to see if I was alright. There was a message that the system was having modem failure every time it called my phone. I phoned Reliance many times and was assured they were to "we will have installer repair your system and that I may need a booster to up the signal to this so called modem" That was what the last four visits were for I thought. This is To add insult to injury they say I have to pay out the contract now in order to cancel, $1400. STAY away from dealing with this company. You will just open the doors to months of stress and their `` I do not care attitude.
