I purchased a semi-duplex with the idea of renovating the entire place to add a 3rd floor bedroom bathroom into the attic space and creating a very nice unit for us to live in. After interviewing a few contractors I chose Holland Homes and Renovations. They were professional, very good with scheduling and budget. I even worked along side them to save a few dollars on some items i could handle. They were great guys and did excellent work. Scott is the master of framing and finishing and some of his ideas made the place much more spacious and useful. Rob ran things smoothly and really cared for his guys. Marc and the painting and finishing crew made it all come together with a quality finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them for small or large projects. Thanks Guys Randy and Maria
