Premium Fence replaced one of our strata complexe's perimeter fences. The work was done on time and within budget. Jim took great pride in his work, did a quality job and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use this company again. The overall cost included significant tree trimming.
He performs the annual chimney inspections for all the wood burning fireplaces in our strata complex as well as the gutter cleaning. I have found him to be extremely punctual, courteous and respectful of the owners' time and property as well as doing a thoroughly good job.
Townhouse interior and kitchen cabinets painted
I had my whole townhouse re-painted; all trim, interior walls, and the kitchen cabinets. Warline was the most expensive quote but I chose them because of their far superior pre-sales effort. The various crews that came to my house were professional, courteous and pleasant to have around. Interior Painting ($4,803.75): Different crews were assigned to different rooms. The crew that painted the main bedroom and the living room did a superb job whereas the crew that painted the landing and the kitchen had some issues with the cutting. I am pleased to report Luke has subsequently touched up the cutting perfectly. Luke takes great pride in his work and can be relied on to do an excellent job. Kitchen Cabinet ($4,441.50): The old oak cabinets were painted with Benjamin Moore Cloud White which provides a lovely bright update to a previously dreary kitchen. Oak will show the grain a lot more than other types of wood after painting . Overall, the kitchen looks light and bright and way better than it did before!

kitchen counter, garberator, sink, and faucet replacement
In January 2014, we had an insurance claim requiring our kitchen counter be replaced. The contractor who was sub contracted to do the work, managed to break the lazy Susan in the process and the countertop was visibly not level after installation. The lazy Susan was patched up and not replaced. The laminate countertop was reinstalled level but the countertop now has a very visible seam which was not sealed and allows moisture in. The garberator fell clean off and flooded the kitchen the first time we used it. I am giving one star for Sam who was pleasant to work with and tried to rectify things.
we are very sorry to hear about your bad experience, i would like to say that in fact it was Onside restoration who were responsible for project managing this job and also there plumber who installed the Garburator, I'm happy take blame were blame is due but in this case i need to stand up for my crew

Apple Plumbing supplied and installed a new hot water tank, installed three new toilets, disposed of the old ones and installed one new sink and faucet. The plumber arrived on time and all work was completed on schedule and the price was the same as was quoted. The work was done cleanly and efficiently, I have no hesitation recommending their work.
WireChief installed strip lighting in the living room, replaced the fluorescent tubes on the landing and stairwell with new lighting fixtures, and installed a motion sensing light in the carport. All work was completed as scheduled and the final amount was the same as originally quoted. He even popped in on the morning the electrician was scheduled to do the work so he could introduce him and ensure he knew exactly what had to be done. I have no hesitation in recommending Octavio and his company.
