Chuck responded quickly, and professionally to our ongoing clogged drain issue. He did not look to up-sell or over-quote. He assessed the clog, explained the problem, and took care of it. He took plenty of time to explain likely causes (laundry lint and garburator scraps) and preventative measures, and even sketched out a diagram to help me understand the system.
