I've used Peter at SAR 3 times over the last couple of years and he is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and most of all, highly professional. Won't hesitate to use him again.
Valentin came to our home to repair an issue with luke warm water in our shower. He had identified a couple of issues, one being the cartridge and other being the mixing valve. He did the work professionally, very easy to deal with and most of all, he is an extremely pleasant person to deal with. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is that there was a problem thereafter and had to call another contractor to rectify the issue separately. He acknowledged it and right away, issue a refund immediately. I would recommend Valentin to anyone and will not hesitate to use him again.
