When people hear "Ikea Kitchen" they cringe with disgust. When they see my semi-custom kitchen designed and installed by Traian, they are amazed and jealous. I waited a while before submitting this review because I wanted to know if the kitchen would handle a few months of use. I am now convinced that our kitchen is as useable, durable and looks just as good as a $30,000 kitchen...for less than half the price. Standing in an empty room trying to envision what our kitchen would look like is the most difficult part of a renovation. Traian knows every Ikea kitchen part and having him there to envision what we wanted was invaluable. I look forward to working with you again Traian. Mike

We purchased a 1800sqft older home that was neglected. We originally hired Tom to renovate the main floor. Everything was completely gutted. He worked so effective that family was amazed at how fast the renos were going. The main floor went so well and Tom was able to keep us within our budget we decided to continue to do the unfinished basement. Tom made great suggestions. Our staircase is a big hit with visitors to our home and our fireplace looks great. Thanks Tom.

After contacting a few contractors and being displeased in their "used car salesman" approach in trying to oversell their services, I was impressed with Brian's candidness in offering his opinion and working with what I wanted and trying to save me money given the project's budget. He scheduled the work within 1.5 weeks which was very good compared to others. He installed 2 window wells in 1 day despite the difficult soil conditions. He returned a second day to install a shed fascia and soffit in 1 day. He cleaned up and was cautious about not damaging my neighbours plants. I will probably have some finishing work coming up and will definitely give him a call.
