After downsizing from our house and living at the Manhattan condo project for the past 3 months, we are very happy with our decision to purchase this condo at this location for the following reasons: - the view of the ecopark from our 5 windows, 4 of which are floor to ceiling! It's very relaxing to come home to the woods. - The layout of the condo is so spacious. Stephanie showed us the options to adjust our floorplans and create our own living space. - We are happy with the construction of our unit. Any issues we have had, Ramona in the office has dealt with quickly and efficiently. - This building is so soundproof. The hallways, and even inside the units are so quiet . - Cynthia worked with us and our budget and helped us customize our bathrooms and especially our kitchen upgrade selections.
