A few weeks ago we discovered a leak in our main pipe that was causing flooding in our basement. We were unable to use any source of water due to the leak and needed someone to fix our problem quickly. I came across Ricky Rooter on the internet and thought I would call and see if I got a call back early the next day. Not only did Ricky answer the phone at 11pm at night but he offered to come over immediately to look at the problem. Seeing as it was late we decided to wait until the morning. He fit us in and showed up on time. I was very impressed with how considerate he was throughout the initial contact and professional he was during the service call. He came in and spent time accessing the issue and providing me with a very clear explanation of what the problem was and what he would need to do to fix it. Ricky's costs were very fair and much lower than we expected considering the work to be done. He stayed that morning to complete the work that needed done and even did a couple of other add on projects for us. At the end of the visit he advised me of additional work that needed done with reasonable time lines and a cost. There was no pressure and I felt like I was receiving a very honest quote on work that we knew needed done. I would very highly recommend Ricky Rooter for any job needing done and would not hesitate to call him again for any work needing to be done. Very professional, friendly and honest individual. I have already passed his name onto family and friends.
