They provided a written quote, confirmation of the appointment, a walk through of the house to confirm the work before beginning, and a walk through after to make sure I was satisfied. The technicians were professional and quick, and left my house tidy after they were done. I paid $500 +tax for carpet and duct cleaning of my 1700 sq ft home. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but these guys provided high quality service.
