Joe helped us inspect our newly purchased house yesterday. From the entire inspection process he did very carefully and seriously. He checked our from basement to the attic space, used themographic camera to scan entire walls. Joe explain to me in detail all the mechanical and electrical equipment from function to maintenance. After all the inspection, he went through with me the all set of report, described necessary reparation need to be done, and some potential concern.
