Tamim did an electrical inspection of a property we had a conditional offer on. We had concerns about how the previous owners had changed the electrical panel, and installed new wiring. We needed a more thorough electrical inspection than what a general home inspector could provide. Tamim met and exceeded our expectations. His communication and attention to detail were excellent. He was punctual and responded promptly to any text messages I sent before he came to do the inspection. He patiently answered any questions we had, and clearly explained the work that was done, and what his recommendations were for improvements (such as installing GFIs in washrooms). We had our old oil furnace replaced by Parent Heating and Cooling about 7 years ago. They also installed the Rinai tankless hot water heater. The install was smooth and they did a very good job. I was impressed with the quality of their work. They come yearly to do the maintenance of the furnace, and I have had no problems with them to this date.

Although it was a relatively small project to replace the metal support beam in the garage, Eric was professional and courteous, and offered the best price. The support column (a square metal 4x4 beam) was rusting away because it is placed in the garage, between the two cars where salt water will accumulate from the cars. Holes had started to appear at the base of column. Further rusting would compromise the structural integrity of the house, as this support column was in place to support the second floor of the house and the upper roof of the garage. Eric came promptly to assess and give an estimate. His contract was detailed and described materials to be used, how long it will take and total costs. Eric kept me briefed on the progress of the work. His crew showed up on time and were friendly and experienced. I was very impressed by the professionalism and honesty of this business. Eric told me exactly when he would start and finish the work, and he was true to his word. I would highly recommend his work without reservation.
