We went her for fixtures for our new deep tub. We wanted something stylish that would last and not cost us the earth (I think most fixtures seem to cost that, sadly). Anyway, we talked through the whole vision for the bath with Roxsan (who is FABULOUS!!) and decided on a rain shower, with separate controls for the regular shower head and it, and then the tub controls. They sent us off with all the special pieces that the plumber would need to install (not just the fixtures), which was great We are still deciding on sink faucets, and toilet, Roxsan has been very helpful. Fabulous selection. It may seem a bit pricey but look around - they are competitive, and their service is really exemplary.

Jim and Mary have been great - we are taking out walls, and their engineer found a practical less invasive way for the load to be borne. The bathroom is also getting completely reno'd. Gas fireplace in. They are easy to work with, offer creative thoughts, and are responsive. Did a great job with friends' home too.

After the flood, Cedarwood came in within 24 hrs to replace it (no more renting!). We have dealt with them for 8.5 yrs with our furnace. Always professional, helpful. Clean up well. Love them!

The cost was very competitive. The staff were really helpful with sorting through our needs. Nice to buy in the neighbourhood. The fridge came with a small dent from the factory-they got a discount for us, which was great.
