He came to our condo and gave us some great advice and an estimate that was fair and easy to understand. His team was amazing and took care in moving our furniture around as they completed their work. We are thrilled with the outcome and the experience. What a pleasure to work with an organization who "Get's it". After chasing down a few companies for quotes, I contacted Rio Stone. I received a call back almost immediately, asking what they can do for me. With very little to go on they gave us a detailed quote and arranged a home visit. It could not have gone better. Martin was so friendly and professional. He knew exactly what our vision was and assured us it could be easily done despite living in a condo downtown. They sent a wonderful guy Mark to laser our kitchen and within 2 weeks the install was happening. Despite his wife going into labour at any time, the owner Uri was there for the install to ensure the process was up to their and our standards. The bonus was they were significantly less then the other companies!!! As someone who has been in retail for over 20 years, it is truly refreshing to work with a company that just wants to make the customer happy.
