We had an A/C unit that froze and then thawed in our office suite, producing a large amount of water runoff. We were concerned about the water damage and therefore mould in the walls. When we contacted Restoration 1 Etobicoke, we were called back immediately and our space was seen same day. The space was inspected thoroughly and a mould inspector was called in immediately. The service was fast, professional and effective. We are happy with the results and feel safe in our space.
