Sent a message out requesting quotes to install a new garage door opener that we purchased. John replied promptly. He arrived right when he said he would to do the work. After seeing our unique set up with a shelf above the door (little to no clearance), he was able to install the motor we had purchased using some alternate parts - it was a life saver, and we were thrilled with the results.

Just last night our hot water tank gave out, and due to the leak, we had to shut the main water off to the house. This morning I called at 7:30, and we had a new hot water heater by 3:30 this afternoon! I was extremely impressed. Thanks again Perry and the crew! Also, back in the winter of 2012, we hired OTS to replace our original furnace. They came highly recommended, and didn't disappoint. Perry made sure we knew our options, and sold us on the LESS expensive furnace model, since that was better suited for our home. The crew was punctual, curtious, and efficient. Job well done.
