James and his team are very professional, they arrive the pickup location on time, wrap up the piano carefully with blanket and able to move the heavy piano from upstairs smoothly. When they arrive my home, use runners to protect the floor, carefully move the piano into place. Their professional make the piano moving smooth and stress-free !

Horrible service, rude technician, I will never ever use them again !!! He charged extra for the double scrub and protection services, but the carpet is not clean at all, some area is worse than before. He finished the entire house (living room, 3 bedrooms, hall way, stairs ) in one hour with a small old machine, when we complained to him, he is very rude and spoke dirty words, the worst experience I had in my life.
